Serum thymic factor (Thymulin) is a zinc-dependent immunomodulatory peptide. Serum thymic factor induces hyperalgesia. Serum thymic factor protects rats from Cephaloridine (HY-B2072)-induced nephrotoxicity by inhibiting ERK activation.
