N3-Ph-NHS ester-100 mg

Description
N3-Ph-NHS ester is a noncleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). N3-Ph-NHS ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.–20°C, 3 years; 4°C, 2 years (Powder)-Applications-Cancer-programmed cell death-Formula-C11H8N4O4-Citation–References–CASNumber-53053-08-0-MolecularWeight-260.21-Compound Purity-99.88-SMILES-O=C(ON1C(CCC1=O)=O)C2=CC=C(N=[N+]=[N-])C=C2-Research_Area-Cancer-Solubility-DMSO : 31.25 mg/mL (ultrasonic;warming;heat to 60°C)-Target-ADC Linker-Isoform-Non-cleavable Linker-Pathway-Antibody-drug Conjugate/ADC Related-MCE Product type-ADC Related
