D-galactosyl-β1-3-N-acetyl-D-hexosamine phosphorylase (BiGalHexNAcP)-25 U
Description
D-galactosyl-β1-3-N-acetyl-D-hexosamine phosphorylase (BiGalHexNAcP) is a member of CAZy glycoside hydrolase GH112 family, is often used in biochemical studies. D-galactosyl-β1-3-N-acetyl-D-hexosamine phosphorylase (BiGalHexNAcP) catalyses the phosphorolysis of lacto-n-biose and galacto-n-biose, to produce Gal-1-P and the corresponding N-acetyl-D-hexosamine[1].–80°C-Applications-Metabolism-protein/nucleotide metabolism-Formula-N/A-Citation–References-[1]Yu H, et al.
