Laminaribiose-Get quote
Description
Laminaribiose is a disaccharide consisting of two glucose molecules linked by a β-1,3-glycosidic bond. It is ubiquitous in the cell walls of various plants and is a hydrolyzate of the polysaccharide laminarin. Laminaribiose has various applications in biochemical research, especially as a substrate for enzymes involved in carbohydrate metabolism. In addition, it can be used as a carbon source and dietary supplement for certain microorganisms.–Applications–Formula-C12H22O11-Citation–References–CASNumber-34980-39-7-MolecularWeight-342.30-Compound Purity–SMILES-OC[C@@H](O)[C@@H](O)[C@@H]([C@@H](O)C=O)O[C@@H]1O[C@@H]([C@H]([C@@H]([C@H]1O)O)O)CO-Research_Area-Others-Solubility-10 mM in DMSO-Target-Biochemical Assay Reagents-Isoform–Pathway-Others-MCE Product type-Biochemical Assay Reagents
