UDP-GalNAc (UDP-N-acetyl-D-galactosamine) disodium is a sugar nucleotide and a substrate of EpsC115. EpsC115 is an exopolymeric substances (EPS) N-terminal deletion mutant with the residue 1-115 deletion.
