(R)-8-Azido-2-(Fmoc-amino)octanoic acid-Get quote
Description
(R)-8-Azido-2-(Fmoc-amino)octanoic acid is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)[1]. (R)-8-Azido-2-(Fmoc-amino)octanoic acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.–Applications-Cancer-programmed cell death-Formula-C23H26N4O4-Citation–References-[1]Beck A, et al.
