Azido-PEG9-acid-1 g
Description
Azido-PEG9-acid is a non-cleavable 9 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Azido-PEG9-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Azido-PEG9-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.–20°C, 3 years; 4°C, 2 years (Powder)-Applications-COVID-19-immunoregulation-Formula-C21H41N3O11-Citation–References-[1]An S, et al.
