Azido-PEG9-amine-100 mg

Description
Azido-PEG9-amine is a non-cleavable 9 unit PEG ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Azido-PEG9-amine is also a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Azido-PEG9-amine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.–20°C, 3 years; 4°C, 2 years (Powder)-Applications-Cancer-programmed cell death-Formula-C20H42N4O9-Citation–References-[1]Lee SM, et al. “Clickable” polymer-caged nanobins as a modular drug delivery platform.
