Description
Prolylserine, a dipeptide, is an inhibitor of melanogenesis production in Mel-Ab cells. Prolylserine decreases expression of microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) and tyrosinase, induces phorphosylation of ERK, but not cAMP response element binding protein (CREB)[1].—Cancer-Kinase/protease–C8H14N2O4——71835-80-8–202.21—-OC([C@H](CO)NC([C@@H]1CCCN1)=O)=O–Cancer–10 mM in DMSO|10 mM in H2O–ERK—-MAPK/ERK Pathway;Stem Cell/Wnt–Peptides
