Pullulanase-5g
Description
Pullulanase (R-enzyme) is a starch debranching enzyme, is often used in biochemical studies. Pullulanase hydrolyses the α-1,6 glucosidic linkages in starch, amylopectin, pullulan, and related oligosaccharides. Pullulanase converts polysaccharide into small fermentative sugars during saccharification[1].–Applications-Metabolism-sugar/lipid metabolism-Formula-N/A-Citation–References-[1]Hii SL, et al.
