Propargyl-PEG8-acid-1 g

Description
Propargyl-PEG8-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs. Propargyl-PEG8-acid is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). The ADCs can be used in bacterial infections caused by Gram-negative bacteria[1]. Propargyl-PEG8-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.-4°C (Powder, stored under nitrogen)-Applications-COVID-19-immunoregulation-Formula-C20H36O10-Citation–References-[1]Suzanne AKERS-RODRIGUEZ, et al.
