Glucuronokinase (AtGlcAK)-5U
Description
Glucuronokinase (AtGlcAK) is a member of the GHMP-kinase. Glucuronokinase (AtGlcAK) shows unique substrate specificity for D-glucuronic acid with a Km value of 0.7 mM. Glucuronokinase (AtGlcAK) catalyzes D-glucuronic acid and ATP to produce D-glucuronic acid-1-phosphate and ADP[1].–Applications-Metabolism-protein/nucleotide metabolism-Formula-N/A-Citation–References-[1]Pieslinger AM, Hoepflinger MC, Tenhaken R.
