Description
DC4SMe, a phosphate proagent of cytotoxic DNA alkylator DC4, can be used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). DC4SMe exhibits IC50s of 1.9 nM, 2.9 nM, and 1.8 nM for Ramos, Namalwa, and HL60/s cancer cells, respectively.
