Bromo-PEG2-C2-azide-100 mg
Description
Bromo-PEG2-C2-azide is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Bromo-PEG2-C2-azide is also a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. Bromo-PEG2-C2-azide is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.–20°C (Powder, stored under nitrogen)-Applications-Cancer-programmed cell death-Formula-C6H12BrN3O2-Citation–References-[1]Yong Zu Kim, et al.
