OHM 11638 (Atilmotin), an analogue of the (1-14) fragment of porcine motilin, is a motilin receptor agonist with a pKd of 8.94 for the motilin receptor. OHM 11638 affects esophageal, lower esophageal sphincter (LES), and gastric motility.
